Nicholas Braun has entered a not guilty plea following his arrest on suspicion of a DUI in New Hampshire last month.

The 37-year-old actor during the same court appearance was also ordered to stay away from alcohol, narcotics and controlled substances as his case progresses, according to TMZ.

Braun was arrested late the night of Aug. 29 on a DUI misdemeanor charge and a violation for operating his car without lights on, police said. He reportedly spent about an hour in Carroll County jail before being released on his own recognizance

Braun, a Long Island native, is the owner of Ray’s Bar, a celebrity hot spot in New York City. He also starred as lanky cousin Greg on “Succession,” which ran on HBO from 2018 to 2023.

The show took home 19 Emmys during its four-season run, with Braun earning three supporting actor nominations for his performance. His past work also includes several Disney films, including “Sky High,” “Minutemen” and “Princess Protection Program.”

More recently, Braun has appeared in the 2024 film “Saturday Night” and  “Splitsville” alongside Dakota Johnson, which premiered at Cannes Film Festival and is currently in theaters. He has not publicly commented on his arrest.

Braun was slated to return to court on Tuesday, but his arraignment was canceled last minute, according to documents obtained by People. No reason was provided, but officials suspect his trial will not begin until at least January.
